Video from the scene shows an Audi vehicle next to the storefront where shattered glass littered the sidewalk outside Garden Gourmet Deli.
Another vehicle, a white sedan, had serious front-end damage in the Union Street and Sackett Street intersection.
The FDNY says two patients transported to Methodist Hospital. Fire crews have since secured the vehicle and the building.
