The FDNY responded after a report of a vehicle striking the entrance of a Chase bank located at 3373 Fulton Street in the Cypress Hills section of Brooklyn.
Video of the scene was obtained by Eyewitness News and appears to show two smashed vehicles with debris scattered in the street.
The FDNY says four people were transported to hospitals and one refused medical attention.
It was not immediately clear what caused the crash or if there was any criminality behind the incident.
