TENAFLY, New Jersey (WABC) -- An 8-year-old child was rushed to the hospital Thursday after being pulled out of shallow water in an outdoor pool in New Jersey.
The incident happened at Kaplen JCC on the Palisades on East Clinton Avenue in Tenafly.

Witnesses had already started CPR by the time officials arrived at the pool. The child was taken to Englewood Hospital.
