NEW YORK (WABC) -- There's an unsettling allegation about the doctor who performed the procedure that preceded the death of Joan Rivers.
According to CNN, a medical center staffer claims Rivers' personal doctor took a selfie with the star while she was sedated at the medical center on the Upper East Side.
The source says the same doctor then performed a biopsy on Rivers' vocal cord without her prior consent.
