For the first time, we're getting a look at the police dashcam video as officer arrived on the scene along the New Jersey Turnpike on June 7th.

As officers pulled up, you could see the lights of oncoming traffic and eventually the smashed front of the tractor-trailer that struck Morgan's limo-van.
Morgan was left in critical condition after the crash.
The truck driver, Kevin Roper, is facing charges of vehicular homicide.
