IRVINGTON, N.J. (WABC) -- A man was fatally shot at a gas station Monday night.

The shooting was at a Gatty station at the corner of Stuyvesant Avenue and Walker Avenue in Irvington just before 8 p.m.
The victim, Ashiwin Patel, 57, of Edison, was an employee at there, according to the Essex County Prosecutor's Office.
The investigation is ongoing.
