On Tuesday and Wednesday, October 21 and 22, 2014, join New York University College of Dentistry and New York University College of Nursing, ABC7, and Colgate for free dental and general health screenings at the NYU College of Dentistry, 345 East 24th Street (corner of First Avenue), NYC.
Adults will receive free dental and oral cancer screenings and vouchers for free oral examinations and polishings, plus free diabetes and blood pressure screenings.
Vouchers for free dental sealants and free custom-made mouth guards for youngsters and adolescents ages 6-16 will be distributed to young athletes. Visitors will also receive free toothbrushes and other personal oral hygiene products.
No appointment is necessary. The dental screenings are available from 8:30 a.m. -7 p.m., and the free diabetes and blood pressure screenings are available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
