NEW YORK (WABC) -- On this episode of "Here and Now," we'll have the founder of "Daughter Dialogues."

"Daughter Dialogues" shares the stories of women of African descent who discovered and documented their families' contributions to the nation's founding.

We'll also hear from the founder of "Pairgap," a co-buying real estate platform for a new generation.

And we'll talk about breaking health barriers with Black health matters and the rest of the lineup for this year's "Harlem Week."

Award-winning Soca Star Lady Lava will also join us.
