The Housing Works annual fundraiser is a ticketed event.
Everything is priced up to 70 percent off retail.
All of the retail is donated by designers.
Last year's event raised more than $1 million, which helps support thousands of New Yorkers living with HIV and AIDS.
For Interior Designer Antonio DeLoatch, this is very personal.
"I'm from Harlem, my uncle was a gay man in the 80's. This is a feel-good thing for us, also it's about designing for good, a gift back to New York City, standing with an organization at a time when it really needs it," DeLoatch said.
Anything that does not sell will end up in House Works thrift shops all over the city and online for auction.
