Earlier this week, police used a drone to track five surfers in Brooklyn on a southbound B train from Newkirk Plaza to Kings Highway.
Officers converged on the station where the train was headed, but suspects ran in hopes of avoiding arrest.
The drone tracked the suspects in the streets until officers were able to catch them.
Just two days after this incident, a 16-year-old subway surfer was critically injured in Queens.
