Commuters this evening can likely expect slowdowns and delays as New Jersey Transit service restoration is still underway after disruptions caused by the weekend's winter storm.
NJ Transit says bus, light rail and Access Link are operating on regular weekday schedules for Tuesday.
Rail service is operating on a severe weather - Level 2 schedule.
The Atlantic City Rail Line is operating on a regular weekday schedule.
Officials say the frigid temperatures wreak havoc on rail infrastructure, so they are taking things slowly.

"We will continue to focus on it, make sure the switches are working, the signal systems are working ... Yes, we want the service to work, but we also want to make sure the service is safe and reliable," NJ Transit President and CEO Kris Kolluri said.
Gov. Mikie Sherrill said that Amtrak, which owns many of the tracks that NJ Transit operates, was working to unfreeze switches and clear snow.
The snowstorm on Sunday created whiteout conditions and quickly accumulated to more than a foot in some parts of the state.
