Joe Torres honored at Essex County Prosecutor's Office's Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month celebration

NEWARK, New Jersey (WABC) -- It was a special night on Tuesday, honoring Eyewitness News anchor Joe Torres.

Torres was honored during the Essex County Prosecutor's Office's first Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month celebration in Newark, New Jersey.

He was recognized for his commitment covering the important issues in the Tri-State and his work weekly on the Eyewitness News public affairs show "Tiempo."
