New Jersey firefighters battling brush fire in Lakewood, New Jersey

LAKEWOOD, New Jersey (WABC) -- Firefighters continued to battle a wildfire in Lakewood on Tuesday.

The New Jersey Forest Fire Service is progressing in containing a wildfire burning in the area of Pine Park and the Lakewood Country Club in Lakewood, Ocean County.

The blaze has reached 35 acres and is 75% contained.

Clearstream Road has been reopened and no structures are threatened.

It comes as crews continue to fight the massive Jennings Creek fire in Passaic County and a drought warning has been issued for 15 counties in New York -- including all of New York City.
