The noise, unruly crowds and damage to property from patrons are ruining their quality of life, they say.
A petition has been going around with 200 signatures of residents who are tired of complaining.
Video shows a vehicle leaving the club and slamming into a parked car on the street.
The Hollywood Blue Ribbon has become a nightmare for residents living next door.
They say they endure noise, loud music, loud conversation, public urination and blaring car horns all into the early morning hours.
The parking lot is often packed with lingering patrons.
"They don't follow the rules and when they park they drink before going to the club and we just can't sleep," one resident said.
Eyewitness News has reached out to the business for a statement but has not heard back.
"They double park, they park in people's driveways, we call the police and they come and laugh at our face. They even provoke us," another resident said.
Video of the early morning crowd shows they don't depart the club in peace and leave behind a trail of garbage on the street, including liquor bottles, plastic cups and broken glass.
The city council is expected to have a meeting about the issue on Tuesday night.
