But, the powdered chocolate is causing health concerns.

The product known as "Coco Loko" is chocolate powder mixed with other ingredients.
It is supposed to give a feeling similar to ecstasy.

As of yet, the FDA is unsure of whether it falls under its jurisdiction to evaluate the safety of the chocolate.
