Crews battle massive fire that ripped through business in Palisades Park

PALISADES PARK, New Jersey (WABC) -- Officials are trying to determine what caused a fire that ripped through a business in Bergen County, New Jersey early Sunday morning.

The four-alarm fire broke out around 2:20 a.m. on Broad Avenue in Palisades Park. Video captures firefighters on scene dousing flames as thick smoke billowed from the building.

Emergency crews from both the Ridgefield and Little Ferry fire departments responded to help battle the fire. Officials say they battled the heavy flames amid harsh weather conditions for about four hours.

It is unclear at this time if anyone was hurt from the fire.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the Palisades Park Fire Prevention Bureau.
