Passenger bus rolls over on New York State Thruway in Ulster County

PLATTEKILL, Ulster County (WABC) -- No major injuries have been reported after a passenger bus rolled over on the New York State Thruway on Tuesday morning.

It happened in the southbound lanes at mile marker 69.5 between Exit 18 and Exit 17.



Police say 23 passengers were on the bus but no life-threatening injuries have been reported.

The left lane southbound and left lane northbound are currently blocked.



The investigation is ongoing.
