Instead, police say you can get heroin.
Police raided the salon in New Jersey, uncovering a major drug operation and seized tens of thousands of dollars' worth of heroin.
There are no signs of life at Twins Awesome Hair Studio, though it isn't like there was much hair being done here in the first place.
"There's almost no one in the chairs. There are people that work there and I see traffic in and out. But no one's getting their hair done," said Greg Kania, a resident.
Greg Kania, a hairdresser himself, says he's always found the place kind of odd.
He even walked in once to look for a job, but was turned away at the door.
But after news of Wednesday night's drug bust there, he says it all makes sense now.
"That's why I guess they weren't doing hair," Kania said.
After a four month investigation, police swooped in and raided the salon.
They say as legitimate business was conducted downstairs, and on the salon's public Facebook page, upstairs they uncovered what they describe as a heroin mill.
Cops seized $50,000 worth of drugs already prepared and packaged into thousands of glassine envelopes, ready to wind up on the streets of Passaic.
"He's a good man, its all lies and stories," said Matthew Bialorucki, the suspect's nephew.
Matthew Bialorucki identified his uncle Martin Ellen as the salon's owner, and said that he turned himself in to police Thursday night.
Family members claim Ellen has been harassed repeatedly by Passaic officials who even shut him down temporarily for code violations a few months ago.
Bialorucki insists his uncle is an honest businessman.
"I watched this man take people from the street give them a job, help them out, sweep up, shovel the snow, and all of a sudden now he's a little successful with his business, all of a sudden now he's a big time drug dealer? Come on bro," Bialorucki said.
But his legitimate business, police say, was nothing more than a front for drugs.
"Hair-oin salon!" Kania said.
