The queen will gift a Roo doll to the library's collection during her visit, according to the New York Public Library.
The stuffed animal replica comes nearly 40 years after Winnie-the-Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet, Kanga, and Tigger were donated to the Library.
"People from all over the world visit every year to meet the real Winnie-the-Pooh and friends, which are on free and permanent display for all to see in the Library's Polonsky Exhibition. On behalf of the Library and our millions of visitors, we thank Her Majesty Queen Camilla-and we welcome Roo to New York City. Roo will help us continue to share the wonder and magic of this timeless story with readers of all ages for generations to come," said Anthony W. Marx, President and CEO of The New York Public Library.
The five dolls were donated to the library in 1987, and have been on permanent display ever since.
The queen's visit to the library will come after her stop with King Charles III at the 9/11 memorial.
Both the king and queen will attend the Greater Together Reception at Christie's Wednesday evening, before concluding their trip to the city.
