Search for hit-and-run driver who struck 6-year-old boy in East New York

EAST NEW YORK, Brooklyn (WABC) -- A 6-year-old boy was struck by a vehicle that left the scene in the East New York section of Brooklyn.

The boy was struck at Euclid Avenue and Linden Boulevard at around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday.

He was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.

The vehicle that struck the boy did not stay at the scene.

The police investigation is ongoing.
