SOHO (WABC) -- A sidewalk flower shop in SoHo is hoping it can bring some hope to your life in the form of art and colorful products.

The much-anticipated Flower Shop is bringing in people from all over the world.

The best part is that no water is needed.

"Some are replicas of real flowers in the world and others are sort of a spin and whimsical take on a flower so something unique and special," Pamela Hendry, The Flower Shop, Co-Founder, says.

They're all made out of felt and other soft materials.

"They have such a great quality both visually and texture and I can't wait to get my hands of them," one customer said.

The flowers have a cult following.

Starting last year, CJ Hendry and her sister Pamela held two pop-up events in the city to see how the stems would be received.

Things went so well that police had to shut down one venue. At the other event, people scooped up flowers by the armful.

Now there's a permanent home where you can get lost picking and arranging. Each flower is $10.

"It's special to give them and receive them and it brightens your day and sometimes. We need that," Hendry said.

The requests are pouring in for these flowers from places like Abu Dhabi and Hong Kong.

In December, the shop in New York City will have a special daily release of a new type of flower.
