SPRING VALLEY, New York (WABC) -- A 15-year-old student was stabbed inside a Rockland County school.

A fight broke out around 1 p.m. Monday inside Spring Valley High School.
The victim was stabbed in the head, but did not suffer life threatening injuries.
A Rockland County official told Eyewitness News the student was stabbed at least three to four times.
So far, there is no word of any arrests.
