NEW YORK (WABC) -- A tourist charged with scaling the Brooklyn Bridge to take pictures has satisfied the terms of his plea deal.
A judge accepted Yaroslav Kolchin's guilty plea Thursday after learning he has completed 92 hours of community service.
Kolchin now plans to return home to Russia.
He also paid $1,500 in restitution for the police response to his stunt last August.
