The company oversees the Trump Plaza, which will close on Sept. 16, and the Trump Taj Mahal, which has been the subject of bankruptcy rumors for weeks.
This also comes after recent reports that the Taj Mahal casino was experiencing money problems.
Donald Trump, who founded the company, has asked that it remove his name from the casinos.
Trump Entertainment also recently said it had been negotiating with lenders for some more breathing room for the Taj Mahal.
The Taj Mahal reported a gross operating profit of $1.8 million in the second quarter of this year, but that was down 69 percent from its performance in the second quarter of 2013.
This comes after a series of casino closures in Atlantic City. Revel Casino and the Showboat were the most recent to shut down.
