CROWN HEIGHTS (WABC) -- Two sorority pledges are blowing the whistle on what they call a case of hazing.

The two freshman students attend Medgar Evers College.

They shared their story about what happened inside a home in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

They pledged the Gamma Beta Delta sorority this fall, which is not officially affiliated with the college but was recruiting at a school fair.

The women say on the final initiation, they were locked in the basement of a home for 10 hours, questioned about their sexuality, blindfolded, and asked if they would let members tie them to a tree naked.

The college released a statement saying, "Medgar Evers College is committed to protecting its students, employees and school guests from bullying or harassment of any type, for any reason. The alleged incident apparently involves members of Gamma Beta Delta Sorority Inc. Gamma Beta Delta Sorority Inc. has never been an approved club/sorority on our campus.
