Up Close: Presidential debate preview

NEW YORK (WABC) -- On the eve of the big presidential debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, our guest is former Republican congressman Rick Lazio, who debated Clinton when each ran, for the first time, for New York's U.S. Senate seat in 2000.

Also with us to discuss the bombings in Chelsea and Seaside Park, N.J. and the arrest of a suspect is former NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly, the author of a best-selling book "Vigilance".
