RANCAGUA, Chile -- A man survived a 17-story fall off of his apartment balcony recently in Rancagua, Chile, and he has the video to prove his story.
The 23-year-old says he lost his balance and toppled over a railing.

Dramatic footage captured his landing through the top of a parking garage and onto the hood of a parked car and then the ground.
Amazingly, he survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
