MTA
Subways and Buses
Due to the NYC Transit Cold Weather Plan,5 Subway trains are running between 149 St-Grand Concourse and Eastchester-Dyre Av in both directions.
Due to NYCT Cold Weather Plan, some northbound 1 and 2 trains are running express from 72 St to 96 St.

MTA Bridges and Tunnels
Due to weather conditions and wet roadways, motorists are asked to drive at reduced speeds if driving is a necessity.
The Command Center is activating monitoring conditions to ensure efficient deployment of personnel and resources. Electronic weather sensors are functional, and all facilities have the ability to monitor weather and roadway conditions. There are more than 9,000 tons of roadway de-icer on hand and more than 100 pieces of storm fighting equipment, including trucks and plows.
Railroads:
On Friday morning, the MTA Long Island Rail Road experienced scattered system-wide delays averaging 10-15 minutes as a result of earlier winter storm conditions as well as congestion caused by reduced track capacity at Jamaica Station.
LIRR was operating on reduced service for the AM peak rush-hour on Friday, running 135 morning rush hour trains - nine less than normal - as it continues to recover from the storm and so inspections, delayed by snowfall, and continue following Wednesday's non-passenger train derailment of one train car.
"There remains the potential for weather-related difficulties and challenges to affect our operations (Friday), but we expect to continue to provide service that meets customer demands and to get people to work safely again tomorrow," said Patrick Nowakowski, president of the LIRR.
Metro-North planned to operate a regular schedule on Friday. Expect scattered delays and possible train cancellations due to the residual impact of the snowstorm on our service territory. Listen for announcements at your station.

New Jersey Transit
NJT was cross honoring system wide Friday. Rail is subject to up to15 minute delays system wide due to weather related conditions. Access Link trips suspended in Regions 4, 5, & 6 for remainder of service day.

Port Authority
New York/New Jersey airports
A few airlines have canceled about a dozen flights for Friday morning. Check with your carrier for cancellations and delays before heading to the airport.
PATH
PATH service is operating on a normal schedule, but delays are being reported because of the weather.
Port Authority bridges and tunnels
Speed restrictions are in place on most bridges as a result of inclement weather.
