An MTA employee at the Sutphin Boulevard station made the discovery and called 911.
The victim was taken to Jamaica Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Officials say the man was likely riding between train cars when he sustained a serious head injury.
There was a large police presence at the station in Queens Tuesday night, as well as train delays.
