The incident happened just before 4 p.m. on Dean Street in the Brownsville section.
The three victims were males, ages 18, 19 and 20, and are all listed in stable condition.
The circumstances leading to the shooting are not yet known. The victims are not cooperating with police.
So far no one is in custody.
