The scare happened after the Gervonta Davis-Rolando Romero boxing match. The fight was letting out around 1 a.m. when several loud thuds were heard.

One teen was on an escalator inside the Barclays Center when he said he heard the thuds.

"I was so confused, my adrenaline was pumping, I was just thinking how am I going to get out of here," Joshua said. "My phone was dead and I was freaking out because I didn't know how I was going to get home."

After investigating police believe an excited fan may have kicked over or thrown a garbage can, causing the loud noise.
