NEW YORK (WABC) -- A new study from the city's comptroller indicates how extreme the problem of subway delays are.
The study says that 74 percent of straphangers have been late to a work meeting in the last three months because of delays. Eyewitness News reporter Lucy Yang has more on the study in the video above.
