Cities out red, white, blue carpet for Fourth of July

TRAVIS, Staten Island (WABC) -- In the Travis section of Staten Island that likes to call itself a town, they roll out a red, white and blue carpet for everyone who celebrates the Fourth of July.

Small town America is where the more intimate celebrations were kept alive. The oldest parade in New Jersey happened Tuesday in the Bergen County village of Ridgefield Park.
