A disturbing dispute on Staten Island has resulted in the arrest of an NYPD crossing guard.
The crossing guard was in an ongoing feud with a chiropractor that resulted in charges being filed against the chiropractor for sending racist material to the guard.

However, police now say the crossing guard framed the chiropractor by sending the racist material to herself.
