Car in Washington Heights crashes into scaffolding

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, Manhattan (WABC) -- A car crashed into scaffolding in Washington Heights, injuring one person.

The driver lost control and hit the scaffolding at the intersection of West 168th Street and Broadway.

The scaffolding surrounded the Columbia-Presbyterian campus.

One person was treated with minor injuries and taken to the hospital.

The scaffolding company will repair the damage.
