Bronx fire: 2 hurt in high-rise apartment building blaze in Melrose

2 people were hurt in the blaze, which was captured on video posted on the Citizen app.

MELROSE, Bronx (WABC) -- Firefighters battled a fire in a high-rise apartment building in the Bronx.

Video from the Citizen app showed flames on the 19th floor of the building at Concourse Village East in Melrose.

The fire broke out just after 5:45 a.m. Friday.

At least two people were being treated for minor injuries.

There was no immediate word what caused the fire.
