On Friday, the victim, 40, told Eyewitness News that the man approached her on a southbound N train and started tapping her on the shoulder.

The victim says when she asked him to stop, he slugged her multiple times in the face.
Investigators have not yet released the suspect's name.
She told Eyewitness News that she was on a late-night train to Coney Island when she says a man darted from the front of the train to the back.
"I was tapped on my shoulder by this person, asked me if I'm OK," she said. "I told him, I turned to him, I told him leave me alone. I didn't yell."

Robinson says when she asked him to stop, he slugged her multiple times in the face.
"Next thing you know, I got bussed right in the month, punched by this unknown male unprovoked," she said.
Robinson said her lip was swollen for days.
Robinson told Eyewitness News that falling crime rates in the subway were of little comfort to her.
"I'm just scared and tired. If I see somebody that fits his profile. I'm thinking, is this him," she said, before the arrest.
