EAST ELMHURST, Queens (WABC) -- Police released surveillance video Thursday that appeared to link a man to the deaths of his mother and brother in Queens.

According to police, the video shows Roscoe Danielson dragging a trash bag containing his adult brother, Kyle, down 104th Street in East Elmhurst.

On Wednesday, police responding to a 911 call found the bag with the body of a man who appeared to be in his 30s inside.

The victim had a puncture wound to his back and his death was being investigated as a homicide.

Investigators said the bag was covered in a blanket and was leaking blood.

"It was there for a while until anyone realized there was a body. It kind of just looked like another piece of garbage because it was fully covered until someone reported it and I guess someone took a peak and then realized it was a body," a neighbor said.

Danielson was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon and was pushing a stroller with his three-year-old son at the time. Police said the 40-year-old was in possession of both a gun and a knife.

Another video shows police searching the stroller for evidence.

Early Thursday morning, a 58-year-old woman, the suspect's mother, was found dead inside a home on the same block.
