The violence erupted just after 1:45 a.m. on Eighth Avenue near West 46th Street. Police said a 28-year-old man was stabbed twice in the back, while a 31-year-old man suffered a stab wound to the back.
Both victims were taken to Bellevue Hospital and were listed in stable condition, authorities said.
Investigators said two male suspects fled the scene on foot westbound on West 46th Street. One was described as wearing a white tank top and having dreadlocks, while the second was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.
Police are working to determine what led to the dispute. No arrests have been announced.
