On Monday, Governor Kathy Hochul made mention of a few court cases against the congestion pricing plan, but she remains undeterred.

Our roads and highways must be kept safe," Hochul said.
The groups suing against congestion pricing filed their arguments in federal court in Lower Manhattan.
