LAURELTON, Queens (WABC) -- A judge released a man accused of slashing two neighbors after their dog urinated on his lawn.

The man, Akeem Alexander, 34, pleaded not guilty to assault and other charges.

Authorities say Alexander attacked two neighbors when he saw their dog urinate on his lawn on 229th Street in Laurelton on Thursday.

Investigators claim he stabbed one person in the back and slashed another in the hand. All three went to Jamaica Hospital and are in stable condition.

Alexander was released Friday without bail.
