Click-to-Cancel is a new citywide rule that bars businesses from making it difficult for people to cancel subscriptions announced by the mayor on Friday.
The mayor was explained the specifics of the announcement in a news conference Monday morning at Luna Park in Coney Island.
In keeping with the pit crew auto racing theme, the mayor and his team arrived at the news conference in go-karts after taking several laps around Luna Park's Electric Eden Raceway.
