MTA Hero: Caroline Kim, keeping Metro-North customers safe

NEW YORK CITY (WABC) -- For this week's MTA Hero, we are honoring Caroline Kim, the safety education program manager for Metro-North Railroad.

Kim oversees TRACKS, the Together Railroads and Communities Keeping Safe initiative.

TRACKS educates customers and communities about safety around railroad tracks, grade crossings and trains. The outreach includes schools, libraries and community events, and has reached over 50,000 people.

So this week, we honor Caroline Kim: an everyday hero working at the MTA.
