The union says nurses at all three hospital systems that remain on strike, including Montefiore, Mount Sinai and NewYork-Presbyterian, are voting on whether to ratify tentative agreements.
More than 4,200 nurses at NewYork-Presbyterian joined about 10,500 NYSNA members at Montefiore, Mount Sinai Hospital and Mount Sinai Morningside and West in voting.
The results of those votes could be known by Wednesday night.
If the tentative contract agreements are ratified, most nurses would return to work by Saturday, Feb. 14.
However, some nurses at NewYork-Presbyterian are protesting the vote, saying they're being pressure by the union to vote "yes" on a contract that the local negotiating team rejected.
