Hernandez pled guilty, and will be permitted to report to the Metropolitan Detention Center in Sunset Park, Brooklyn on Jan 6.
It's the second time in a little over a year that the rapper has been sentenced to prison for violations of his supervised release.
He was sentenced to a month-and-a-half in prison back in November of 2024 after pleading guilty to five violations, including traveling without permission to Las Vegas and Sarasota, FL, twice failing to comply with drug testing, and testing positive for methamphetamines.
