Perfect fun snack foods for kids

Chef Rossi (no first name!) visited Eyewitness News Saturday in honor of Mother's Day to help moms come up with snack ideas for hungry kids.

A kind of "repurposing queen," she will take whatever is in the kitchen and whip up creative meals.

Her ideas are perfect for when the kids are hanging around the house during the summer.

She is a catering director, owner and executive chef of "The Raging Skillet", a catering company in downtown Manhattan, and she is now promoting a new book, "The Raging Skillet."
