Carrie Underwood and Selena Gomez, who both released new albums in October, will be performing during the American Music Awards in November.

A slew of artists with brand new music will be taking the stage Sunday during the American Music Awards, and the Star Wars score will be performed as you've never heard it before.



A capella icons Pentatonix will be accompanied by a full symphony orchestra to perform the iconic film score. They join chart-topping performers like Selena Gomez, One Direction and Nick Jonas in the star-studded lineup.

Also performing will be 5 Seconds of Summer, Carrie Underwood, Demi Lovato, WALK THE MOON, the Weeknd, Luke Bryan with Karen Fairchild, Meghan Trainor with Charlie Puth, and the show's host, Jennifer Lopez.



The performances all have custom emoji for fans joining the discussion on social media.





The world's biggest fan-voted award show has also announced the nominees, including the top five for the coveted Artist of the Year award: Luke Bryan, Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, One Direction and Taylor Swift. Stars who will present the awards include Kylie Jenner, Julianne Hough, Jeremy Renner, Paula Abdul, Terry Crews, Ellie Goulding, Wiz Khalifa and many more.
