Top 7 Comic Con costumes

NEW YORK (WABC) -- You can't have Comic Con without costumes or cosplay as it's more commonly referred to in fan boy and fan girl circles. And this year's New York Comic Con did not disappoint.

Here are 7 favorite costumes.

There was Spiderman's alter ego Peter Parker, and handmade hands on Garnet from the Cartoon Network. Captain America made and appearance as and Mr. Gold and Belle from ABC's One Upon A Time in gold body paint not less.

There were superheroes, and Super Mario, and a throwback with Back to the Future's Marty Mcfly complete with flux capacitor and radioactive power pac.

And really, it's not a comic con without an appearance from Star Wars' Darth Maul and the Sith.
