NEW YORK -- If your new year is off to a healthy start, you may be looking for easy ways to add super foods into your lifestyle.

And that's where the 'Kitchen Twins' come in.

Joining us on Eyewitness News Sunday morning were Emily and Lyla, two 11-year-old healthy food bloggers and entrepreneurs.

This past spring, Emily and Lyla launched their first product into the market, a "Make Your Own Kale Chips" kit- a shake and bake concept to make fresh, affordable, healthy kale chips, easily and quickly.

The kits are now sold in over 300 grocery stores including 3 regions of Whole Foods, Acme and Shoprite.
