It was all caught on cell phone camera.

A sudden and frightening ceiling collapse inside an apartment in Queens was caught on camera.

The woman, who lives there, Christina, first noticed a crack on the ceiling in her Astoria apartment a few days before.

The management company took a look and said they'd be back later to fix it.

On Saturday, Christina heard cracking noises and started to move her belongings out of the room.

"Moving the futon and I heard it really, really start to creak, I'm right underneath it. So, I ran back, I had my phone in my back pocket, and I took my phone out and filmed it. This was half the ceiling, cement, thick cement, and it clearly shocked me," Christina said.

Christina says her management company is blaming the collapse on the age of the building.

They're now patching-up her ceiling.
